(1). Beginning July 2022, recruiting, screening and placing several candidates with three
Michigan based community Mental Health Authority (MHA).
HMS was able to onboard required positions within an average of 55 days; effectively reducing recruiting time
several by months.
(2). Since 2016, working with a Florida based client to computerize routine management
of human resource functions. Harambe Management migrated data collection and
reporting from manual Word documents and Excel spreadsheets to Chroniker HRMS©.
We streamlined the process to determine essential personnel documents by job function, then
used automated workflow management to ensure that documents are statused on personnel files.
Additionally, HMS performed background screening, policy & procedure development, staff
turnover analysis and other routine personnel management functions. We used testing software
to pre-screen and improve the selection of candidates. Resultantly,
client saw significant improvements in retention and CARF review scores.

Chroniker is a specialty Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
used by behavioral health providers. The application creates efficiencies
by automating all of the most critical routine Human Resources functions.
New candidates are logged and processed through screening, orientation, training and credentialing.
All required staff documents are pre-determined based upon staff job position;
other external documents (PDF and PNG) files can be uploaded to maintain a comprehensive and complete
electronic personnel file.
HMS recently worked with a client over several months to computerize years of staff files in readiness for CARF accreditation.
The process included registering every staff in Chroniker, updated all their demographics, education, licenses,
trainings, attendance, performance evaluations, awards and disciplary actions; as well as reporting on required paperwork by job position.
Worked with clients to computerize personnel files & convert paper-based timesheets for over 200 staff.
In addition to expediting processing time from 4 days to 1 day, client saw other improvements
in accuracy as well.
Counted the beans; designed new chart of accounts (COA) to capture routine transactions and simplify
presentation of financial reports. Based upon the output of the
period ending financial statements, HMS worked with client CFO to develop
meaningful dashboard analysis of the state of financial health of the company.
These analyze were then used to make prudent business decisions. Along the way, we
revised and created several new work-flow and implemented early warning measures to detect and correct mistakes & errors.
Key benefits were the timeliness and accuracy of the bookkeeping and reporting functions. There
is now a seamless and repeatable process to produce periodic financial and management reports.
Tools used: Quickbooks,Microsoft Excel, Access and Visio.
Revised presentation of usual financial statements to include projections and variance analysis.
Implemented cashflow management tools to better inform management of daily cash position.
By studying the client's revenue cycle, we were able to develop milestone events to
monitor and create better forecasting of revenue generation & cash-flows on a daily and
weekly basis for the client. Presented activities and goals in easy to read dashboard reports.
Client is now able to conduct business with more certaintly and reliability on solvency of operations.
Conducted business valuation exercise to inform business buy decision. HMS developed and furnished
the client several cost models, matrices and decision support systems.
ARCHIE is a customized data reporting suite that collects data from disperate sources, then normalized
to form relationships so that useful management reporting and analysis can be developed. This is a web-based solution, built upon
SQL Azure and Visual Studio technologies, that is scalable and portable. A great hook to back office management.
We have used data mining and analytical tools to unlock data potential and produced actionable information
to aid decision-making.
