Our History

Headquartered in Holt, Michigan with operations in Davison, Michigan, Harambe Management Solutions, Inc. (HMS) provides business management and analysis services to small and mid-size entities. "Harambe" is a Kiswahili word which means "coming together, working together in unity". It was this business desire for effective collaboration in the fundamental areas of organizational growth and development which led to the incorporation of HMS in August 2009.

Our Growth

In 2007, we started out in the "back office" doing bookkeeping, financial and cash flow management, business process integration,systems administration, database design & management, turnaround & restructuring, and later added human resource development, staffing and performance management.The layering of additional services was a direct response to ours clients' unique needs and business challenges.
